The White Inzolia is derived from the Old Sicilian grapevine variety, grown in the eastern tip of Sicily.

OUR WINES I.G.T. SICILY

Our vineyard born from the variety of nero d' Avola IGT Sicily, is grown with the integral system both fertilization and pesticides treatments. Following the tradition a little before harvest, the vineyuard is removed a few leaves to encourage the aging thanks to our fiery sun of the Mediterranean. Grapes which reach full maturity is collected by hand, placed in the appropriate boxes and transported in the "palmento" in order to be pressed. After the crushing and pressing is made in stailess steel tanks and fermentation is divided into a retail and partly for bottlig.
